High Point

The 74^th annual Highpoint Veteran's Memorial Service will be held on Sunday June 25, 2023 commencing at 1200 Hours. The Highpoint State Park and New Jersey Veteran's Memorial is located at 1480 State Route 23 North, Wantage, NJ.

American Legion Post 213, State Route 23 North will be open starting at 0900. A complimentary BBQ will be served at the post after the service. The uniform of the day will be white shirt, gray slacks, and Legion cap.

The monument is the highest point in New Jersey rising to 1,802 feet and was established in 1923. The land for the park was donated to the people of New Jersey by the late Colonel and Mrs. Anthony Kuser. The monument is dedicated to all who have served in any branch of military service throughout the years.
