Cape May County 4H Flag Retirement Ceremony

July 25, 2023

This is the 6th year that the Cape May County 4-H Fair has held a Flag Retirement Ceremony.

For the past couple of years our Post has been instrumental in doing the raising and lowering of the flags, cutting the flags and even rounding up fair goers to place a stripe in the burn barrel.

The Post donates the new flag as we retire last year's flag. They invite the local Veterans Organizations to Participate and Post 239 and Post 198 have always had representation. This year the Middle Township Police Honor did the honors.
