This committee is charged with the responsibility of studying proposed changes in the Department Constitution and By-Laws and recommending proper action to the Department Executive Committee.

The American Legion Riders Sub-Committee
The Purpose of The American Legion Riders (ALR) Liaison is to coordinate ALR activity on all mattes between the Department and New Jersey Legion Riders Chapters, as necessary. The ALR Director shall be chairman of this sub-committee along with the five (5) District Directors who shall be members of this sub-committee. The Chairman shall coordinate with the Department ANEC for any resolutions or recommendations pertaining to the ALR at the National level. They shall propagate an interest in furthering of the principals as advocated by The American Legion.
