Today is the last day of the VA's First Buddy Check Week!

If you haven't reached out...

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

The American Legion has been leading the way for several years. We have been reaching out and performing Buddy checks. Now we welcome the Veterans Administration in their First Annual Buddy Check Week! Join them in their pledge by clicking here. They are asking all of us: Do you pledge to reach up to 10 Veteran friends or family members by October 20th?

We as an American Legion Family need to continue to Reach out to ALL VETERANS and be there for them and their families! Also, a small kind word such as “HELLO, WELCOME HOME!” to a Veteran you see at the supermarket, WAWA, Quick Check, or Home Depot. That one interaction might just save their life. These are our comrades, our brothers and sisters who also wore the uniform.
