Posts should call the BUSINESS & SPECIALTY TAX LINE at (800) 829-4933 with EIN-specific questions or concerns. The Tax Line’s hours of operations are 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. local time (Pacific Time for Alaska and Hawaii), Monday through Friday.

Please logon to the Pepsi Refresh Project website at refresheverything.com and support the The American Legion Legacy scholarship fund "Its the least we can do". The American Legion Legacy Scholarship benefits college-bound students whose mom or dad lost their lives serving in the U.S. Armed Forces since 9/11. You can locate the Legacy Scholarship fund by typing "Legion" in the search field.
The voting for the month ends on the 31st and the top two ideas receive 250,000 dollars each. In previous months we have come in around the 40s. We need the whole American Legion family, Legion/AUX/SAL/Riders to logon and vote everyday to support these children of our fallen comrades. Spread the word throughout your community, it only takes a minute and "It is the least we can do."
